This opportunity is perfect for those who value work-life balance and want to avoid the daily commute. To be eligible, you must live within 100 miles of Austin, TX. **Class Start Date and Training Schedule** Our next training class is scheduled to begin on January 20, 2025. The training schedule will be from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks. After completing the training program, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT. **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including: * Paid training * Hourly base rate paid weekly * Eligibility for quarterly incentives * Comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan with company match * Employee stock purchase program * Travel discounts and more **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Handling incoming contacts for a variety of blithequark brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat * Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests * Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue * Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management * Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties * Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets * Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards and anticipating and addressing guests' service needs * Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others and supporting the team to reach common goals **Preferred Qualifications** While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we are particularly interested in candidates with: * High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent * No related work experience * No supervisory experience * No license or certification requirements **What We Offer** At blithequark, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our associates to grow and succeed.
