About the Opportunity
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and assisting customers with their orders and accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, personalizing the experience for each caller
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data as needed
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
