Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound phone calls, return phone calls, and address emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise.
- Work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment, ensuring high-quality interactions with customers.
- Utilize a reliable computer, internet connection, and headset to perform job duties.
- Collaborate with the Blithequark team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in high-volume call centers, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset.
- Quiet, distraction-free home environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

What We Offer:
Compensation and Benefits:
