As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and professional manner. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, are a team player, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding arenaflex's products and services * Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and concerns * Work collaboratively with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues * Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering visits * Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services **Essential Qualifications** * Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent * Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program * Past customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to take ownership and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Ability to exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong time management skills * Bilingual capabilities an asset **arenaflex's Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
