Job Overview

This will include addressing topics such as downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing, and very basic tax questions. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
- Articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex customer issues
