As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience. Your key priorities will include greeting customers, assisting them with the selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. We prefer candidates who have completed high school or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and a commitment to learning. You should also be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned, showing an ability to understand and apply instructions.
Preferably, you will have experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, demonstrating an understanding of customer service principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in a similar role, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this position and provide exceptional service to our customers.
You should be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, demonstrating physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require manual labor. You should also be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
You should be available to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating a commitment to your role and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
