Key Responsibilities

- Serving customers in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that we are maximizing our relationship with them

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
- A hardwired broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
- Ability to change your schedule frequently, with a two-week advance notice
- Ability to work in a home environment that is private, quiet, and free of distractions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
