Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must: Reside full-time in the state of Oklahoma, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a direct connection to the router. Have familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience in a highly transactional call center environment, where you have honed your customer service and critical thinking skills. Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers, remain calm under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and time management.
