Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, as this position requires adherence to specific state regulations and requirements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to efficiently manage customer interactions and transactions.
- Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi).
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and communication skills.
