In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, from assisting with reservations and inquiries to resolving complex travel-related concerns. With blithequark, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance your work and personal life with ease. **What You'll Do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: * Completing statistical access and balancing features * Coordinating return items with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant blithequark and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous customer/member service experience, banking or Credit Union experience, and Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience are highly desirable. **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high-pressure situations * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
