As a remote work from home opportunity, we offer the flexibility and autonomy to work in a setting that suits your lifestyle, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Heavy phone contact with policyholders, providers, and interested third parties to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide policy information. * Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a timely and efficient manner. * Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Maintaining department standards for the number of calls, average handle time, and time management to ensure exceptional service delivery. * Demonstrating excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with tact and professionalism. * Possessing excellent alpha and number recognition skills, as well as demonstrated mathematical abilities to accurately process transactions. * Utilizing basic PC skills to navigate our systems and software. * Handling high-stress situations calmly and making logical conclusions to resolve complex issues. * Maintaining regular and predictable attendance to ensure seamless service delivery. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred. * At least one year of office experience, with telecommunications experience a plus. * A background in Life and Health insurance, with knowledge of insurance operations desired. * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions. * Basic PC skills and proficiency in software applications. **Physical Requirements** As a remote work from home opportunity, you will need to be able to: * Work in a quiet and distraction-free environment with minimal interruptions. * Utilize a reliable computer and internet connection to access our systems and software. * Spend extended periods of time sitting and using a phone and computer. * Frequently reach above shoulder level to access files or equipment. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with policyholders, providers, and stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and make logical conclusions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism. * Basic PC skills and proficiency in software applications. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
