You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiencing no two days the same. As you grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Your Responsibilities** * **Customer Service Representatives**: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * **Connect with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly Resolve Issues**: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * **Escalate Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Respond to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Track Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Provide Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues. * **Upsell**: Upsell if required. **What We're Looking For** * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT/network certifications/degrees are preferred. * **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old. * **Proven Call Center Experience**: Proven call center experience is essential. * **Typing Speed**: You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute. * **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is required. * **Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting**: You should have entry-level network troubleshooting skills. * **Home Wi-Fi Network Setup**: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network. * **Router or Switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure a router or switch. * **Laptop or Desktop Computer Proficiency**: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer. * **Independent Work**: You should be able to work independently. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. * **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. * **Composure and Objectivity**: Ability to stay composed and objective. * **Strong Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills are required. * **Virtual Team Environment**: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. **Being One of Our People** At blithequark, we're committed to creating an environment that promotes happiness from the inside out.
