Job Overview The main function of our Customer Service Representative is to interact with customers, providing information and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for determining client issues, offering possible solutions, and providing follow-up as needed. Key Responsibilities Dispatch client requests and follow up with field, posting, and data entry to ensure seamless service delivery Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports, maintaining organized and confidential files Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Prepare responses to correspondence, including faxes and emails, ensuring that all communication is clear and concise Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer service. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, is essential, as is the ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Essential Qualifications Associate's degree preferred, with 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Previous experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the pest control industry, or a related field Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, or other customer service platforms Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders Certification in customer service, or a related field, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement.
