Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Assisting patients and prescribers through inbound/outbound phone calls or web support, providing them with timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Handling various inquiries, including scheduling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries, in a professional and courteous manner. Serving as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring that patients receive the care and support they need to manage their health effectively. Participating in extensive paid training to ensure proficiency in arenaflex systems and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the industry. Maintaining high call volume productivity, handling an average of 30-50 calls daily, while ensuring that each patient receives the attention and care they deserve. Adhering to scheduled work hours and meeting performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and support. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be expected to anticipate patient needs and provide solutions proactively, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and support. This role requires a focus on empathy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment. Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, demonstrating strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies. The ability to excel in a high-volume call center environment, demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, with excellent time-management abilities, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. A customer-oriented approach, with the capacity to adapt to various patient perspectives, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions with patients and prescribers. Availability to work within Contact Center hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and support. Reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace free of distractions, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and support in a virtual environment. Attendance at 100% of training within the first 90 days of employment, demonstrating a commitment to learning and professional development.
