**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Service:**
+ Key in sales orders daily with a high level of accuracy, aiming for no more than 2 errors per month
+ Set up new clients as needed, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
+ Handle exception calls as needed, providing timely and effective solutions
+ Provide support for sales reps as needed, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment
* **Standing Orders:**
+ Set up initial standing orders for customers as needed, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
+ Maintain standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
+ Errors will be counted against the metric stated in the customer service section
* **Exception Processing:**
+ Process exceptions into the Case module as needed, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
+ Create credit memos, file freight claims, issue call tags, follow defective product procedures, and reship items as required per exception
* **Freight Claims:**
+ Process freight claims as needed, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
+ Process disputes and pursue payment from the carrier, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication
+ File claim paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* **Additional Responsibilities:**
+ Perform in a manner consistent with arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose
+ Attend all scheduled meetings, missing no more than 10% annually
+ Clock in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month
+ Provide excellent customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
+ Follow all OSHA and other safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
+ Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times, promoting a collaborative and supportive culture
+ Manage stress on the job, including meeting deadlines, with a focus on productivity and efficiency
+ Adhere to company safety standards at all times, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
**Essential Qualifications:**
* At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment for a tangible product or service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1 year of experience with ERP systems such as Epicor
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Detail-oriented, dedicated, and team-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
