About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and offering accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates. Key Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide exceptional customer service and support Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates to clients Maintain and manage client records and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Offer outstanding service with a client-focused approach, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work independently and contribute to team goals in a virtual environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-disciplined, organized, and motivated. You must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Prior customer service or insurance experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. You should be comfortable using basic technology, including Zoom, email, and other digital tools.
