Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
