**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your day will be filled with:
* Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
* Helping customers resolve technical issues and billing concerns
* Ensuring the appropriateness of social media content

**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
* Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
* Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
