Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Claims and Insurance Specialist for Efficient Claims Resolution and Exceptional Customer Experience

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our claims resolution team, you will be responsible for processing and managing medical claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in claims resolution. Your exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound and outbound call support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Review and process health insurance claims for accuracy and completeness, utilizing financial software to assess and calculate claim amounts Apply ICD-9 coding to claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation related to claims, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for claimants, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information is obtained and processed efficiently Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, track claims, and identify trends, making recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains Stay up-to-date with Workers' Compensation laws and regulations, applying knowledge to ensure compliance and accuracy in claims resolution Ensure proper insurance verification procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, industry knowledge, and soft skills.
