About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional and memorable. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support
- Following up on complicated customer interactions, ensuring that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently, using our state-of-the-art systems and tools

- Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues to ensure that they're resolved efficiently and effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center operations, systems, and software
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with knowledge of remote work tools and software
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions and a focus on resolving issues efficiently
