What You'll Be Doing As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include: Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat : Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and support as needed. Professionally Responding to Customer Inquiries : Use your excellent communication skills to respond to customer questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information and solutions. Identifying, Escalating, and Reporting Priority Issues : Use your problem-solving skills to identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions : Provide follow-up support to customers who have experienced complex issues, ensuring that their concerns are fully resolved and that they're satisfied with the outcome. Recording Details of Customer Interactions : Accurately and efficiently record details of customer interactions, using our systems and software to ensure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Developing Rapport with Customers : Use your excellent communication skills to build rapport with our customers, providing a positive and supportive experience that leaves a lasting impression. Offering Solutions, Not Excuses : Focus on providing solutions and support to our customers, rather than making excuses or passing the buck. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience : Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable, as it will give you a strong foundation in the skills and knowledge required for this position. 1 Year of Call Center Experience : Experience working in a call center environment is also highly desirable, as it will give you a strong understanding of the systems, software, and processes used in this role. Basic Knowledge of Computers : You'll need to have basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs. Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling : Excellent written communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat. Residency in One of the Following States : You'll need to be a resident of one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
