Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration has driven our success, and we're now seeking talented professionals to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. **A Unique Opportunity for Growth and Development** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will undergo a comprehensive, two-week paid training program. The first week will take place in our Columbia office, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our customer service processes. The second week will be spent at our Montebello, N.Y. headquarters, where you'll gain a deeper understanding of our company culture and values. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner * Identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions * Delivering information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients * Managing customer expectations and actively engaging customers in online chat contexts * Providing mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, and more * Additional duties as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns * Results-oriented approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues * Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of success **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with digital mailbox services and customer support software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide support to colleagues **arenaflex Culture and Values** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
