As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values diversity, inclusivity, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to meet their needs * Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process * Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality * Communicating clearly and effectively, providing timely updates and resolutions to customer inquiries * Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations * Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail * Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences * Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies * Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm, maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment * Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support is highly desirable, as is familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems.
