The Role: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have placed orders through our exchange. Your primary focus will be on taking calls and responding to emails regarding a broad range of event and order-related questions. Your goal will be to ensure that we provide elite service to both our sellers and customers, resolving issues efficiently and constructively, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers and sellers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Proactively identify potential order issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize disputes. Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities, including navigating order queues and determining priority actions for real-time assistance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes, suggesting innovations and enhancements to our service delivery model. Learn about ticket marketplaces, how they operate, and your role in providing great experiences for our customers. Develop critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. 60 Days In: Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, determining fault and finding fair and constructive solutions. Engage in advanced interactions with sellers, handling a wide range of questions and concerns beyond traditional customer service. Navigate complex order queues, prioritizing actions to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely order confirmations. 90 Days and Beyond: Play an active role in continued learning and professional development, advancing your skill sets to meet individual and team goals. Manage inbound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmations by ticket sellers. Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service delivery and improving operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
