This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103. The role is available for a duration of 3+ months, with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
• Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related customer inquiries.
• Demonstrate empathy and a customer-centric approach to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, using proper grammar, language, and tone in all interactions.
• Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to retrieve and update customer information.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, as required by the role.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Call center customer service experience, handling inbound calls.
• Excellent customer-focused competencies, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex messages.
• Empathy and a customer-centric approach to resolving customer issues.
• The ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
• A score of 80% or above on the eSkills test.
