About the Role If you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service and consider yourself a fashionista, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to provide white-glove treatment. Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve issues, and making product recommendations to close sales. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries Make recommendations of products or services to resolve customer issues and close sales Utilize your knowledge of high fashion brands and haute couture to provide personalized support Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues with ease and professionalism What You Bring to the Table To succeed in this role, you'll need: An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer setup A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android What You Can Expect from arenaflex At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
