We're proud to offer a remote working environment that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and passionate team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative - Loan Services, you'll be responsible for managing inbound communication related to our loan services. This includes answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients and prospective customers. You'll provide accurate information, assist with loan applications, and resolve issues regarding loan products, applications, and processes.
