**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing insurance recommendations, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
* Providing insurance recommendations and quotes to customers
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Property/Casualty Insurance License
* 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in insurance software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

* Ability to work in a remote environment
* Experience with CRM software and systems
