**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Work with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service
* Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
* Work collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve our goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
* Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other tasks as required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Sales associate or cashiering experience

**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
