As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. We offer a 5-day paid training program to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we'll even cover the cost of the exam and provide a trainer to support you every step of the way. After you pass your exam, we'll support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in. What You Can Expect As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * Paid training to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam * Competitive wages and full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more * Paid time off and employee wellness and engagement programs * A collaborative and engaging work environment where you'll have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life * The chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more Your Responsibilities As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment * Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues * Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns * Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested * Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience minimum * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High school graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months of call center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you'll need: * A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12 Mbps Why arenaflex?
