About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be the frontline representative of the Development Services Department, providing top-notch customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of municipal customer service or permitting experience will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient cent manner.
