With a focus on work-life balance and employee satisfaction, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Utilizing our computer system to document and track interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Maintaining a high level of visibility through web camera, adhering to arenaflex's visibility policy. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences. * Staying up-to-date on industry developments, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate responses. * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. **Training and Development** Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. You will participate in an 8-week training program, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. This program will cover: * arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems * Healthcare industry knowledge and regulations * Effective communication and problem-solving skills * Time management and productivity techniques * Ongoing support and coaching to ensure success **Production Schedules** After completing your training, you will be assigned to a production schedule that may include evening and weekend shifts. Our flexible scheduling allows you to balance your work and personal life, ensuring you have the time and energy to excel in this role. **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will receive: * A competitive hourly rate of $14, with an additional $1 per hour for attendance and performance bonus incentives * The opportunity to select a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) options * Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and relax * A supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High School diploma or equivalent * 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to type 30-35 words per minute * Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications * Excellent written and verbal skills * Strong reading comprehension and writing skills * Ability to follow established procedures and meet customer needs * Internet connection with a router and Ethernet jack for connectivity to your PC * A private workstation to perform your work **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Call center experience * Health insurance experience * Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulations * Ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks * Excellent problem-solving skills **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
