About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to provide personalized solutions, simplifying the healthcare experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from members, answering questions and resolving issues related to pharmacy benefit plans.
• Provide clear explanations of prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions.
• Offer personalized solutions to members, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
• Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the overall healthcare experience for our members.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications and strong computer skills.
