As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling our membership programs, as well as handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries. You will provide excellent and efficient member service, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our members and colleagues. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations. You should be results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving goals and delivering superior customer service. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Most of the time will be spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces, with occasional needs to position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping. You may be required to lift objects up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance. The work environment is located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises.
