Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in Indianapolis, USA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour and the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative vehicle brands in the world. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless communication between clients, guarantee specialists, and the body shop. Key Responsibilities Provide work planning support to ensure efficient operations and meet customer needs Facilitate communication between Client Guarantee Specialists and the Body Shop, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearances Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support Manage rental coordination and handoff, ensuring a smooth experience for customers Prepare and deliver vehicle announcements, keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles Reorder materials and supplies as needed, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace Conduct repair surveys and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality workmanship Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related discipline Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear, concise information to customers and colleagues Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to train others and share knowledge, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Preferred Qualifications Endorsement from a Professional School in Crash Repair or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in automotive repair and customer service Experience working in a crash shop environment, with a understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this setting Ability to work independently with limited supervision, taking initiative and making decisions that align with arenaflex's values and goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for career advancement, training, and education.
