Experienced Customer Service Representative for Premier Medical Facility – Onsite Call Center Environment Supporting Veterans

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients, including veterans, and contributing to the success of our premier medical facility. About the Role In this full-time position, you will work in a dynamic call center environment, handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. You will be part of a supportive team that values teamwork, respect, and open communication. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients in a respectful, courteous, empathetic, tactful, and professional manner Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently to resolve customer issues Maintain an above-average attendance record and adhere to scheduled shift hours Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery Work collaboratively with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly to provide exceptional support and care Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Schedule and Work Environment This is an onsite position, and you will be required to work at our call center location in the Bronx, NY. The scheduled shift hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Please note that flexibility is essential, and you may be asked to work a different shift from time to time. Our call center environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork, respect, and open communication. Qualifications and Requirements: A high school diploma is required At least one year of call center experience is required Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with others to achieve common goals Ability to work without direct supervision and take initiative to resolve customer issues Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and highly organized Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
