Customer Service Representative - Inbound Calls (Remote)

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from child support client stakeholders, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations.
• Categorize calls received into predefined categories and record any abusive or extraordinary calls.
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures to provide accurate and effective support.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to resolve client inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize modern office practices, procedures, and equipment to perform duties efficiently.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy when interacting with clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field.
• Strong data entry skills, including proficiency in keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
