Security Clearance Requirement

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate technical systems and software
- Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment, demonstrating proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A strong and reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet cable (note: cellular data is not acceptable)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, allowing you to communicate with customers in multiple languages
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a call center environment
- Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only), demonstrating your ability to work with sensitive information
- Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors, providing a strong foundation for working with government clients
- Previous experience with FEMA Call Center, or similar emergency response experience
