About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary, full-time position scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment, with the possibility of extension. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers, responding to their questions and concerns related to the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
