**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Customer Support**
+ Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer support via phone and text.
+ Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every guest receives timely and accurate support.
+ Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our hospitality business.
+ Troubleshoot any issues and escalate when necessary, working closely with our crew to resolve complex problems.
* **Administrative Tasks**
+ Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
+ Regularly check and respond to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
+ Respond to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support and communication to our guests. Your verbal and written communication skills should be top-notch, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* **Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Tasks Effectively**: As a customer service representative, you'll be handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage your time efficiently, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
* **Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Remain Calm Under Pressure**: You'll encounter complex problems and challenging situations, but you should be able to remain calm and composed, thinking critically to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer support.
* **Proficient in Using Email, Messaging Apps, and Phone Systems**: You should be comfortable using a range of digital tools and platforms, including email, messaging apps, and phone systems, to provide seamless communication and support to our guests.

**Work Environment**
This is a remote position, but you'll need to be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for this role. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, but you should be able to maintain a high level of productivity and focus in a remote work environment.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* **$150/day**: You'll receive a competitive daily rate of $150, with the opportunity to earn up to $1800 per month.
