Key Responsibilities

• Handle emergency signals and respond promptly to alarm activations
• Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
• Dispatch proper authorities, such as police or fire departments, when necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or emergency response environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
• Ability to commute to our Manasquan, NJ location for on-site training and potential occasional visits
