Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Be available to work a full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities as needed
- Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 words per minute
- Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation

- Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
