**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
**Skills and Competencies**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Hours and Shifts**
The training shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. After training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, with various shifts available.
