**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints and problems, and providing exceptional service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries over the phone and via email, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
* Work with customers to resolve complaints and problems, ensuring that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction
* Maintain up-to-date technical logs to ensure that our products and services are accurately represented
* Learn new areas of technology that our products are offered in, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
* Handle overflow of internet orders as needed, ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and accurately
* Process mail orders as needed, providing exceptional service to our customers
* Take incoming orders over the phone as needed, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
* Process returns, ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their experience
* Cover the reception area as needed, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our customers and visitors
* Perform related and/or special work as assigned, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard
**Position Requirements**
* People-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers
* Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Organized, self-motivated, and good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Position located in Wheaton, IL, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
