Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Operate the register and process transactions accurately and efficiently Make purchase suggestions and promote products to customers Work with our food program to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards for food safety and quality Maintain our high standards for store appearance and ensure that the store is clean and well-organized at all times Work as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and be punctual for scheduled shifts Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds. You will also need to be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, bend at the waist with some twisting, and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with your hands. Additionally, you will need to be able to work as part of a team, think quickly, and come up with great ideas to solve problems.
