About the Role: Customer Representative – Custom Orders As a Customer Representative at blithequark, you will be the liaison between our vendors and customers, ensuring that every custom and drop ship order is handled with care and attention to detail. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, making sure that our customers love the service they receive from us. This role is based in our Kenosha Branch, located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144, and is an on-site position. Key Responsibilities: Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process. Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Review and edit customer artwork for custom orders to ensure it is production-ready, applying your knowledge of design principles and software to make necessary adjustments. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our company's values and goals. Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth. At least 2+ years of relevant customer service experience, showcasing your ability to work with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred, as it will enable you to effectively review and edit customer artwork, ensuring that it meets our production standards.
