Job Overview: Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key advocate for our members, you will provide exceptional care and support, guiding them through their plan of benefits, policy, and procedures. Your expertise will help members navigate the complexities of their care, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST. Key Responsibilities: Guide members through their plan of benefits, Aetna policy, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines Create an emotional connection with members, understanding and engaging with them to champion their best health Build trusting and caring relationships with members, taking accountability for fully understanding their needs Anticipate customer needs, performing reviews of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible Perform financial data maintenance as necessary and explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with their contract Essential Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of customer service experience within a call center atmosphere High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Previous Behavioral Health experience Medical or Insurance background Associate's Degree What We Offer: At blithequark, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
