**Job Summary**
As the face of our customer, you'll be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and greeting clients as they start and end their journey. You'll offer a pleasant, professional, assured, and insightful career to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.

**Qualifications**
* **Education**: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* **Age**: Minimum of 18 years old
* **Technical skills**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* **Physical ability**: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* **Security clearance**: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* **Work authorization**: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* **Attendance and appearance**: Potential to meet the company attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
