Positions Schedule The schedule for this role is as follows: Monday: Work from our Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break) Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break) Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, your duties will include: Dispatching service technicians according to their schedules, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery Answering incoming service calls, adjusting technician schedules as needed, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain our membership base Being a supportive teammate to coworkers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment Educating customers on our Membership benefits to foster long-term relationships and loyalty Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and colleagues A strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, to achieve common goals Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with a good understanding of the local area A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently Remote Work Requirements To ensure a productive and efficient remote work experience, you will need to provide: High-speed internet connectivity, with a reliable and stable connection A quiet workspace with minimal background noise, allowing you to focus on your work and deliver high-quality results arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your work, ensuring you have the necessary tools to succeed in this role.
