As a Customer Contact Center Trainee at blithequark, you will serve as a frontline representative, assisting our members, retirees, and employers with a wide range of questions, inquiries, and requests related to post-retirement pension and benefit information. Your primary responsibilities will include:
This part-time position requires a commitment of 29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be required to attend virtual training sessions, facilitated by Microsoft Teams, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, during the initial training period.
